What is included?
Featured placement in your agreed county and services, Renewable Trade Toolkit access (including RD Quote Pro), a Founding Partner badge, priority consideration for relevant enquiries when sharing opens, and a direct line to David. Trade Price Finder is coming soon. The signed agreement will list your exact county and services.
How long does the offer last?
The £1,495 one-off price, excluding VAT, covers 24 months from your agreed activation date. The dates are recorded in your agreement. Applying does not start your membership or take payment.
What happens at renewal?
David will confirm the exact renewal price and how long it is locked for in writing before you pay. You can review those terms before committing. There is no automatic payment or renewal from submitting this application.
What happens on 1 December 2026?
That is our public launch date. We will prepare accepted Founding Partner profiles beforehand. Existing pre-launch profile access is separate from public launch; future enquiry numbers are not promised.
What if the site does not launch by 1 December 2026?
If The Renewable Directory does not publicly launch by 1 December 2026, you are entitled to a full refund of your Founding Partner payment. Contact hello@therenewabledirectory.co.uk quoting your business name and payment reference. This launch guarantee will also appear in your written agreement before payment.
Can I stay on the free listing?
Yes. You can claim and keep your free listing without becoming a Founding Partner. Applying or having a consultation does not commit you to buying.
Does applying reserve a place?
No. David confirms capacity and your agreed county/services before acceptance. The cap is three Founding Partners per service per county. An accepted allocation is reflected in the live availability count.
When do I pay?
Only after your Founding Partner consultation and written confirmation of your package. David sends a Stripe payment link separately. No payment is collected on this page.
