Understand the information on a profile.

Verified Member is a paid directory membership, also included with Featured. It is not accreditation or a guarantee of workmanship, certification or insurance.

Paid membership badge example

The badge identifies an active paid membership on an approved profile. Featured includes this membership and separate placement labelled Sponsored.

Claimed profiles

Claim approval permits an account to manage a business profile. It does not certify the quality of the installer’s work. Business descriptions, project images, services and coverage may be supplied by the installer.

Unclaimed source listings

These contain dated information from a public business source, such as an MCS register snapshot. An imported entry does not establish current certification, insurance or service coverage. The profile identifies the source and capture date.

Evidence checks

Do not infer a credential check from a membership badge. Where a specific check is displayed, read its stated scope and date. Check current status with the relevant register or provider before appointing an installer. We do not inspect installations or guarantee results.

Customer feedback

We do not publish invented reviews, star ratings or performance statistics. A profile without published reviews has no displayed star rating.

Correct a listing

Use the correction or removal form if information is inaccurate or you want to object to a listing.
