Purpose and roles
You receive the homeowner information as an independent controller for responding to the specific project they requested. You are not generally processing it solely on our instructions, so this is a controller-to-controller data-sharing agreement. If a separate service requires processor activity, a separate processor agreement must be signed.
Use of leads
Contact only the homeowner and project for which permission was recorded, using the stated channel and preferred time. Do not resell, transfer, upload to advertising audiences, append unrelated data or add the person to general marketing lists. Follow PECR and applicable TPS/CTPS rules; retain evidence for any permitted contact and respect objections immediately.
Quality and credits
Submit a wrong-number or out-of-area dispute in your pipeline within 72 hours of purchase. Provide the reason and evidence of the problem. Approved disputes return the full lead price as account credit. No response, losing a quotation or failing to win work does not alone make an enquiry invalid. Credits do not promise a job or revenue.
Sharing limits and exclusivity
The homeowner selects recipients. An exclusive purchase releases details to one installer and closes access to others. Shared leads are released to a maximum of three selected installers. Do not circumvent those limits. The price and sharing type are shown before purchase.
Security, deletion and requests
Restrict access to staff working on the enquiry, protect devices and CRM accounts, and inform the directory promptly of a breach. On withdrawal or a valid deletion request, stop contact and erase data unless an independent legal obligation requires restricted retention. Apply the same obligations to your authorised processors. Assist with access, correction and complaints.
Membership and renewal
Free, Verified, Featured and Founding plans are shown on the plans page. Paid subscriptions renew for their stated month or year unless cancelled through billing before renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; existing paid access continues to period end. No lead-volume guarantee applies. Sponsored positions are capped at three per agreed area and service and labelled. Checks are independent of payment.
Founding Partner is £1,495 one-off for 12 months of Featured with Renewable Trade Toolkit included. After 12 months, renews at the founding member rate (renewal figure TBC). Sales remain closed until the renewal figure and launch deadline are confirmed. A full refund applies if the stated launch deadline is missed.
Prices exclude VAT. Annual plans are paid in advance for 12 months; 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Placement is not a guarantee of leads. Verified Member is a paid membership, not accreditation or a guarantee of work. 'Worth' figures are based on our standard monthly prices.
Accuracy and checks
Keep your business identity, actual service coverage, relevant certification and insurance evidence current. Do not describe paid membership as trade accreditation or endorsement of workmanship. Changes to business identity, services and coverage return the profile to review. False claims, misuse of homeowner data or attempted resale may result in suspension.
